As of January 2017, contractors will be commencing essential maintenance works to the building facade of Skyline 2. This will include replacement of all composite timber panels and glass cladding and will result in new windows and views for many of the apartments. Details of the works are noted in the letter issued to all residents on 16.11.16.

In Skyline Central 2, you can find our dedicated property and lettings managers, Jessica Vithlani and Lauren Smith, in our offices on the ground floor. They are on hand to help with any queries, concerns or issues you may have.
Do I now need to cancel my current standing order?
Yes, you will need to cancel your current standing order and change it to the new details that are included within your rent authority letter. If you have misplaced this then please speak to Jessica Vithlani in our office on the ground floor of Skyline Central 2, or email her at email@example.com.
I've misplaced my rent authority letter, where can I find the information I need?
A copy of the rent authority letter / account details and payment reference can be obtained by contacting Hudson Bay Services on firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively please speak to our property manager Jessica Vithlani.
What difference does this make to me as a tenant?
This change will only impact your tenancy in the following way:
- a) Your monthly rent will now be paid to Hudson Bay Services Ltd
- b) Your account and rent queries should now be sent to email@example.com
- c) Any concerns regard building management can be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively please speak to our property manager Jessica Vithlani, whose office is located on the ground floor of Skyline Central 2
All other aspects of your tenancy will remain as before - apartment maintenance issues or tenancy renewal queries should continue to be reported to O'Connor Bowden as usual.

What do I do if I have a complaint?
We take complaints seriously and will do all we can to address and resolve them in a timely manner. If you have any complaints regarding the building itself, please direct those to our property manager. However, if you have any complaints regarding Hudson Bay, as a member of the Ombudsman Services, we follow a robust complaints procedure that can be found here.
